Refund policy

Shoes can only be returned if there is no evidence of try-on or wear.  Creased vamps or marked outsoles are no eligible for re-stocking or return/exchange.  Shoes must be returned in new condition, pack in original box in plastic bags with dust bags included. 

Shell Cordovan shoes with heavy creases to the leather will be sent back to the buyer and are not eligible for return.  Please walk gently when trying and keep on carpet.  

A refund will be given up to 14 days (after received if shipped).  Afterwards items may be exchanged or issued a store credit UP TO 6 MONTHS after purchase.  Store credit does not expire. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees - no return label provided. 

Preorders and deposits for odd sizes  - Narrows (A / B / C wide) , extra wides (EE and EEE), and sizes over 13 - are non refundable. 

No exchange, refund, or credit on sale merchandise.  All sales final.

No exchange or returns for goods purchased outside of Alden NYC.   We are not connected with other Alden retailers.
