Shipping & Return

Shipping:

All packages are shipped via UPS. There is a $10 domestic shipping fee outside of NY state. Shipping inside of NY is free. NY State taxes apply. No NY Sales tax applied when shipping outside of NY state. 

 

Return Policy:

Shoes can only be returned if there is no evidence of try-on.  Creased vamps or marked outsoles are not eligible for re-stocking.

Any shell cordovan shoes with creases to the leather will be sent back to the buyer and are not eligible for return. Please walk gently when trying and keep on carpet. 

A refund will be given up to 14 days (after received if shipped). Afterwards shoes may be exchanged or for a store credit UP TO 6 months.   Afterwards shoes may be exchanged or for a store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees -no return label provided.

Deposits on special order sizes are non refundable.

No exchange, refund, or credit on sale merchandise .

No exchange or return for shoes purchased outside of this store.
