Alden Shoe Sizes
We recommend measuring your foot with a Brannock device to best determine your Alden size.
Providing us a tracing or measurements of your feet does not properly determine shoe size and fit.
If you are unsure of your Brannock size we suggest going to a shoe store to get measured. Sending us a picture of your brannock measurement is an acceptable way for us to assist in sizing you.

Alden Last Sizing
Alden shoes are built on several lasts, many of which size and feel quite different.
Please refer to the above image that gives a general understanding of how the lasts fit.
For the bigger lasts - Barrie, Trubalance, Modified, Van and 379X last - take 1/2 size smaller than your true to size fit. For example if you measure size 10D take a size 9.5D for these lasts.
This last sizing is not exact for all feet but is generally predictable for most. If you are unsure of your Alden size feel free to give us a call or email to assist.
